Vendor clearance deadline: 11:00AM (next day)
All vendors must fully dismantle and remove equipment (canopy, decor, tables, catering items, etc.) by 11:00AM.
Failure to clear by 11:00AM will result in:
- RM1,000 late penalty, plus
- RM200 per hour (or part thereof) until full clearance.
Any extension is strictly subject to prior written approval and venue availability.
Charges will be dedicated from the security deposit.
